We’re delighted to have successfully delivered an 8-week fit-out of the existing Boots Opticians, located on the first floor of the iconic Oxford Street, Sedley Place store.
The project involved a full strip-out of existing fixtures, fittings, partitions, ceilings, flooring and M&E infrastructure, followed by the construction of new consulting and BUK healthcare rooms. Significant upgrade works were also completed to the existing consultation rooms, pre-screen areas, sales floor and back-of-house office.
New concept design features were introduced within the consulting rooms, including updated furniture and wall and floor finishes. The sales floor was transformed with the latest model specification fixtures, fittings and furniture, complemented by innovative design elements, new signage and wall graphics to create a premium customer experience.
All works were supported by the installation of new M&E services to suit the revised layout.
