When it comes to electrical work, experience matters. So does having the right accreditation behind it.
This year, WGS is proud to have reached 50 years as a NICEIC-accredited electrical contractor, a milestone recognised by NICEIC with a special anniversary logo.
What does NICEIC accreditation mean?
NICEIC is the UK’s leading certification body for electrical contractors. Registration provides independent assurance that a contractor has the appropriate qualifications, competence, equipment and working practices to carry out electrical work safely and to the required standards.
Accredited contractors are subject to regular assessment and inspection to ensure those standards continue to be met.
For our customers, NICEIC accreditation provides confidence that the electrical work we carry out meets the required standards and is independently assessed.
50 years and counting
WGS has maintained its NICEIC accreditation for half a century. It’s a milestone that reflects the high standards we set for our electrical work and the importance we place on delivering safe, compliant solutions for our customers.
A particular mention goes to Allan Wilkes and his team, who have been responsible for our NICEIC accreditation throughout their time at WGS. Their technical knowledge and experience have played an important part in maintaining those standards year after year.
50 years accredited. That’s quite a milestone for WGS. Thanks go to the WGSE team for their continued hard work in keeping us accredited.
